Yes, we use ingredients from natural origins in our fragrances, but they are not 100% natural. We use skin-safe synthetics as well. Read the fine print and get the full ingredient list for our scents here.
Yes. We’re all about plant-based living here at Sanctuary, and that includes the ingredients we use.
Never ever. We love animals and guarantee that all ingredients used in Sanctuary fragrances are 100% cruelty-free.
We’ve got two options for you. Our full-size bottles are 100 mL / 3.4 fl oz, but we also offer travel sized vials that are 8 mL / 0.27 fl oz.
Charity is at the heart of everything we do here at Sanctuary, and proceeds from each fragrance will go directly towards charities that work to save endangered species and their habitats. Currently, we’re donating to the Red Panda Network, as well as the Wildlife Conservation Society. Learn more about each charity here.
20% of the proceeds from each purchase is donated towards charity. We keep the charitable action going on our sister site Scentbird, where $1 from any Sanctuary fragrance added to your queue will be donated.
Right now, Sanctuary ships within the continental United States, but watch this space—we’re working to expand internationally in the near future.

US - We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00. Otherwise, standard shipping is $3.99.
Is your product unopened, and is the return taking place within 30 days of delivery? Then yes, we’d be happy to accept your return.
To start the return process, please email support@hellosanctuary.com and include your order number. We’ll credit your original form of payment, and you'll only be charged for shipping fees associated with the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note: Our warehouse does not accept unauthorized returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address.
